The guitar features solid flamed Hawaiian Koa top, back, and sides with an ebony overlay headstock with abalone pearl torch inlay. The interior label is signed by Miller and C.F. Martin IV. In its original hardshell case.

Steve Miller (b. 1943) is an American guitarist best known as the founder of the Steve Miller Band. Originally a blues and psychedelic-oriented musician, Miller and his band shifted to more mainstream rock and roll for their 1973 album The Joker, with its single of the same name reaching Number One on the Billboard Top 100. His next album, Fly Like an Eagle (1976), had three successful singles in "Take the Money and Run," "Fly Like an Eagle," and "Rock'n Me." He has recorded 18 studio albums, six live albums, and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016.
