Description2010 C.F. Martin & Co. Steve Miller 000C-MR model guitar, serial number 1411089 with sequential production number 13, in red polished gloss finish. The guitar features a rounded cutaway, Adirondack spruce top with Pacific bigleaf maple back and sides, square tapered headstock with ebony overlay and 1902 alternative torch inlay, interior label signed by Miller.

Steve Miller (b. 1943) is an American guitarist best known as the founder of the Steve Miller Band. Originally a blues and psychedelic-oriented musician, Miller and his band shifted to more mainstream rock and roll for their 1973 album The Joker, with its single of the same name reaching Number One on the Billboard Top 100. His next album, Fly Like an Eagle (1976), had three successful singles in "Take the Money and Run," "Fly Like an Eagle," and "Rock'n Me." He has recorded 18 studio albums, six live albums, and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016.
