Description2001 C.F. Martin & Co. Dan Fogelberg model D-41DF limited edition guitar, serial number 838640 with limitation number 5/141, in natural polished gloss finish with Aging Toner top. The guitar features Style 41 hexagon block inlays and 20th fret Dan Fogelberg signature inlay, and label signed by Fogelberg. In original hardshell case.

Dan Fogelberg (1951-2007) was a singer and songwriter known for his 1980s soft rock songs "Longer," "Leader of the Band," and the holiday song "Same Old Lang Syne." Fogelberg began as a Nashville session musician in the 1970s before embarking on a solo career that saw him record 14 solo studio albums, two albums with jazz flutist Tim Weisberg, and several live and compilation albums. His 1979 album "Phoenix" peaked at Number 3 in the U.S. Billboard chart, and six of his albums achieved platinum status.
