In original hardshell case.The guitar was customized for Stephen Stills and his wife Kristin's 5th Annual Light Up The Blue Concert held on April 21, 2018, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood to benefit Autism Speaks. The guitar features a blue puzzle piece inlay in headstock, the logo of Autism Speaks and the guitar is signed in silver marker by performers and presenters that night including: Patti Smith has added, "people have the power," Stephen Stills, Neil Young, Beck, Sheryl Crow, Mike Campbell, Benmont Tench, Steve Ferrone, Jack Black, Burt Bacharach, Judy Collins, opera singer Amanda Anderson, rapper Soulshocka and trumpet player Tyler Kilmer.
